Mike Dowler and cohost, Writer/Producer Rockne O’Bannon welcome actress Maddy Crocco to episode 105. Maddy plays ‘Lexis Bouchard’ – one of four sisters on the
tv series EVIL.
New York based actress Maddy Crocco stars as Lexis Bouchard EVIL - which returned for its second season this June on Paramount Plus. EVIL is Maddy’s first professional job which in fact resulted from her fourth professional audition ever!
Maddy embraced musical theatre and scene acting at only 6 years old.
From her first live local performance as Chip in ‘Beauty and The Beast,’ it was very clear that she was a talented actress with amazing stage presence. Maddy’s theatre credits include Gretl in ‘The Sound of Music,’ Flounder in
‘The Little Mermaid’ and Charlie Bucket in ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.’
When she is not acting, she likes to spend her time with her family, her dog and her friends. She taught herself how to play the guitar and writes her own music. Maddy also created her own fundraising initiative that raised money for a local animal rescue center. Maddy recently played Sharpay in her school production of High School Musical and is currently developing her own online jewelry boutique. She is looking forward to pursuing some other roles before she begins filing for the 3rd season of EVIL.

Rockne O'Bannon
Rockne O'Bannon has been writing screenplays since he was 10. He sold his first screenplay to NBC's Amazing Stories and went on to write for CBS’s The Twilight Zone. In 1988, Rockne received critical attention for his film Alien Nation and its spinoff television show. Next was his original series SeaQuest DSV which ran for three seasons. O'Bannon's most critically acclaimed success was the space epic Farscape on Syfy which ran for four seasons and spun off into a mini-series, a comic book series, and a rumored film. Since Farscape, he's created the hit TV show Defiance and CW's Cult, the miniseries The Triangle and wrote for the Warehouse 13 pilot. He's also written and produced for Constantine, Revolution and V among others. He is currently a writer on the Paramount Plus series 'Evil' - and is about to start work on season 3.
Rockne O’Bannon has won multiple Saturn Awards (including best series for Farscape) and has multiple nominations for other awards such as the Hugo and WGA Awards.
