Enjoying early success in commercials with many well-known brands, including a Super Bowl commercial with Children's Health, she seamlessly transitioned to supporting roles in several full-length feature films.

At the age of seven, she booked the pivotal role of Lily Nill in Amazon Prime's 2021 original series Panic, appearing in nine of the ten episodes and working alongside the esteemed talents of Olivia Welch, Ray Nicholson, Mike Faist, Jessica Sula, Camron Jones, Enrique Murciano and Bonnie Bedelia. Kariana's quick wit and endearing personality gave her character depth and authenticity, and fans continue to let her know they consider her character as one of their favorites from the show.

Soon after her acclaimed performance in Panic, she filmed a lead role in Forging Texas, playing Nellie Borland, the real-life daughter of Margaret Borland, who was a pioneer woman famed for traversing the Chisholm Trail with her cattle in the 1800s. Kariana's compelling and touching portrayal of Nellie gave heart and strength to both the character and storyline.

In 2023, she starred in the title role of Hope in a short film that won her several best acting awards in the film festival circuit, including a Special Jury award of Outstanding Acting Achievement. She followed up that short film with another project in 2024 titled The Writer, working alongside the masterful talents of Jefferson White, Sarah Paxton, Sherri Saum and the illustrious Neal McDonough. Written and directed by the creative team of Austin Glasser and Luke Madenwald, and following a stellar SoHo introduction by the renowned Demi Moore, it's one to watch in the film festival circuit this year.
